If you'd like full support and guidance throughout pregnancy and birth planning but prefer not to have a doula present during birth.
Includes:
-Initial meeting to get to know each other.
-Continuous communication during pregnancy and early labor if needed.
-2 prenatal meetings to discuss and prepare for labor.
-Personalized birth plan.
-Partner prep; working to prepare your labor partner with information to support and advocate for you during labor.
This can be 100% virtual
During
$1,800
If you’d like all the support before and also want a doula present during labor and birth.
Includes:
-Everything in the before package.
-On-call for you 24/7 for 2 weeks before and after your due date
-Will join you during labor when you’re ready for me.
-Will continue to support you for at least 1 hour after birth, to ensure you and baby are tucked in.
-One in-home postpartum visit to follow up with you and baby.
This can be 100% virtual
After
Pricing will vary depending on needs.
$40 hr.
If you’d like the support to start after baby is born.
Includes:
-Two prenatal meetings to create a Lying-in plan.
-Join you postpartum, when you're ready.
-Provide you with emotional support and talk about your birth story.
-Teaching and demonstrating baby care and basic skills.
-Breastfeeding support.
-Daily chores/ errands/ sibling care.
-Snuggling baby so you can rest, shower, or just have a hands free moment.
